Ingredients:

 

 

    • 500g mutton (cut into pieces)

 

    • 2 onions (finely chopped)

 

    • 2 tomatoes (pureed)

 

    • 2 tbsp yogurt

 

    • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

 

    • 1 tsp turmeric powder

 

    • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder

 

    • 1 tsp garam masala

 

    • 2-3 cloves

 

    • 2-3 cardamom pods

 

    • 1-inch cinnamon stick

 

    • 3 tbsp oil

 

    • Salt to taste

 

    • Fresh coriander for garnish

 

 

Instructions:

 

 

    1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.

 

    1. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.

 

    1. Add mutton pieces and cook until browned.

 

    1. Stir in the spices and yogurt, and cook for a few minutes.

 

    1. Add tomato puree, mix well, and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes until the mutton is tender.
